Оur history
AFINA-GROUP was established in 1994 as a specialized distribution center TPC Olvia.
1994 to 2010 the product range of the company included household goods, textiles, dishes, goods for children, household chemicals (China, Korea, Taiwan, Belgium, the Netherlands, Great Britain, France). In 2010, as a result of a large-scale restructuring, Athena Group chose distribution of FMCG Non-Food as its main field of activity.
In 2014, AFINA Group of Companies added a new line of business: import-export operations. At the moment, the portfolio of the import direction includes 4 contracts with manufacturers of hygiene products, household chemicals, home care products and food products. Coverage area – all of Ukraine (own branch network + sub-distributors and key national and local networks)
In 2017, the direction of logistics services was separated as part of the ATHINA Group of Companies. The direction is represented by two distribution centers in Dnipro and Odessa with a total area of over 11,000 sq. M.
The direction provides clients with a full package of services, including:
- receipt and storage of goods
- order picking
- pre-sale preparation
- delivery of goods
- accounting and reporting
At the beginning of 2018, AFINA Group entered the market for the distribution of food and alcoholic products. Sales of food products started in the Kirovohrad region, where the company’s portfolio was replenished with 25 contracts in the category of juices / water, snacks, confectionery and tea group. The company began distribution of the alcoholic group in the Sumy region with 45 brands in the categories of spirits, wines and beer.
