Description
Industrial and warehouse complex located in the village. Svyatovasilyevka, Solonyansky district, Dnepropetrovsk region Fenced asphalt area with its own KTP -534 with a capacity of 320 kVA (permitted power 157 kW), there is a gas connection. The complex consists of buildings with a total area of 3842 m2, namely: an office building – 375 m2, a repair shop (equipped with beams and metal processing machines) – 2180 m2 (a new roof and plastic windows were installed in 2019), an aluminum hangar for storage of products – 362 m2, compressor room – 76 m2, warehouse and utility workshops – 863 m2. On the territory there is a warehouse of fuels and lubricants with a volume of 175 m3 for acceptance and delivery of oil products (built in 2019). At a distance of 500 m there is a railway station Ryasna, Prid. Railway with a cargo yard for loading and unloading operations.
