Water Sewerage Approximately 3000 sq. M of industrial and office premises, old and reconstructed. The building was built using frame technology (two-span pre-fabricated building). The supporting columns are made of reinforced concrete, the foundation is made according to pile technology with the use of casting tape technology for the construction of external walls and partitions. The frame type is a spatial system consisting of columns and interfloor floors. Columns serve as the supporting base of the building, crossbars and ceilings, and the role of enclosing elements is performed by external walls. This constructive type is used for the construction of high-rise buildings and where premises of considerable size are needed, free from internal supports. The outer walls are lined with 50% white sand-lime bricks and 50% red ones. The premises have all the electrical wiring for sockets and lighting, there is a supply and drain of water to showers and toilets. The superstructure of the second floor is made of corrugated board with the use of insulation (mineral wool) using sandwich technology. The entrance to all gates is asphalted, the territory has its own transformer substation (transformer substation) and gas distribution point (gas distribution point). The entire roof is built with reinforced concrete floor slabs and covered with rolled bituminous material (roofing felt). Also on the territory there is a detached (former administrative) building of two floors, lined with red and white bricks, the roof is reinforced concrete floor slabs rolled up with a soft bituminous roof, the windows are all wooden, the interfloor spans are partially glazed. The building is in need of major repairs.
