The professional management team of Amtel Properties provides full cycle development – from market analysis and site selection to commissioning and subsequent management. The exception is the projects of the hotel segment, where by attracting well-known international brands to management, the popularity of hotels and their profitability significantly increase.
The first experience of cooperation between Amtel Properties and foreign hotel operators was the Citadines Tbilisi Freedom Square apart-hotel in Georgia.
At the end of 2011, the first stage of the A + class logistics complex in Ukraine (Kуiv region) was put into operation.
The company also owns promising land plots located in the regions of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Georgia.
