Palma Group Companies was founded in 1994 and is headquartered in Switzerland (Friborg) and Ukraine (Odessa). Today the association of enterprises has 23 branches in various regions of Ukraine and has taken a leading position in the field of distribution, logistics, marketing and project management. More than 9000 clients help us in the constant development and implementation of ready-made business solutions, and the trust of over 120 suppliers has led to the formation of an effective corporate management system. We strive to ensure the highest quality of our products and maintain a high professional level of our services.

Distribution of food and pharmaceutical ingredients, feed additives, raw materials for the production of paints and varnishes, construction chemicals and cosmetic products in Ukraine and the CIS countries. Since the founding of Palma Group Companies in 1994 and the opening of the first representative offices in the Czech Republic and Ukraine, we have made efforts to bring quality differences to the business of our clients. Our business is the result of the visionary leadership of our management who, along with dedicated employees, focuses on adding value to the company and meeting the needs of our customers. This tradition of the founders defines who we are and what we do today. For this purpose, in 2005, the Palma Group Management company was established, which manages the subsidiaries of the group in Ukraine. The company determines the main areas of activity of operating companies, forms a policy in the field of business process technologies.

HISTORY

What started as a small company has grown over the past 22 years into one of the largest business associations in Ukraine. Today, around 918 employees work daily to succeed in each of Palma Group Companies’ four core business areas: distribution, logistics, marketing, and project management. Since the beginning of 2016, the company has had 350 units of transport and 40,220 m2 of its own class A warehouses. Our story is part of our ongoing commitment to creating new opportunities and value for our customers.
