The Ecobusiness-Lviv logistics center is one of the largest (over 33,000 sq. M.) Warehouse complexes in the western region of Ukraine.
The first stage starts operation in the summer of 2020.
The main areas of work of the complex are the rental of warehouse, production and office space.
Logistic center “Ecobusiness-Lviv” is located on a large fenced area (10.7 hectares) in the immediate vicinity of Lviv
The project provides for large class A warehouses with a height of over 11.5 m, equipped with reloading equipment for transport operations (automatic gates, hydraulic leveling platforms, dock shelters) (gates for a 500 sq.m. warehouse);
- Heating (office space +20 C, storage space + 16 C), all gates and exits are equipped with thermal curtains;
- Separate metering of electricity and water supply for each warehouse;
- 24-hour security and video surveillance of all buildings and territories;
- The large inner territory is equipped with parking lots for trucks (more than 50 places) and light vehicles (more than 100 places).
- Modern industrial floor with anti-dust coating;
- The warehouse complex has an emergency / backup power supply source – a diesel generator;
